Final Payment Requirement
Upon completion of the website development and readiness for testing, we kindly request the full payment of the remaining project fee. This payment is necessary to proceed with the testing phase and ensure the timely completion and delivery of your project.
Client Responsiveness Policy
In the event of delays caused by a lack of timely provision of necessary information or materials from the client's end, the project timeline will be extended accordingly. Please note that these delays may impact the overall project schedule but will not incur additional costs. We kindly request active participation and timely responsiveness from our clients to ensure the smooth progression of the project.
Post-Implementation Maintenance and Support
Following the successful delivery of your project, we extend our commitment to provide comprehensive maintenance and support services. Our dedicated team will be available to address any post-implementation issues, implement necessary updates, and incorporate enhancements as required. This ongoing support ensures the continued optimal performance and functionality of your website.
Early Completion Surcharge Policy
If the client asks for the project to be finished before the agreed 45-day timeframe, they will be charged an additional fee.
